Our Autoship program is being renewed. Please refer to the below for more information.
1.
Changes in Autoship Products:
a.
New Autoship Product Launch Date: 08/19/20 (Wed)
b.
Changes to Current Products:
•
All of the current single item Autoship products will
no longer be available for Autoship purchase.
c.
New Autoship Products:
•
We will introduce to you 22 new Autoship sets.
•
50 BV Sets (11 Sets Total)
•
100 BV Sets (11 Sets Total)
•
Please refer to the set images below.
d.
Free gift for Autoship purchases:
•
For 50 BV Sets: CareCella All In One Bio Mist
•
For 100 BV Sets: CK Power (5EA)

Changes In Autoship Operation:
We believe that the original intention of starting the Autoship program was to provide GCOOPERs with the comfort of automatic monthly orders to make sure that you maintain your eligibility as well as receive the products you need every month without having to worry about forgetting to order.
Currently out Autoship program provides GCOOPERs with variety of products through manual payment processing.
Please understand that this renewal is to take our Autoship back to the root of its original purpose.

Date of Operation Change: 08/19/2020 (Wed)
b.
Purchase Limit:
•
Current: No limit to order quantity and frequency
•
After Change:
Limit of 1 Order per 4 week period (Available to order again on the Wednesday, 4weeks after the last order payment date.Order payment date.)
Ex) If your Autoship order has been processes on
08/20 (Thu), you will be able to order again after 09/16 (Wed).
c.
Subscription Period:
•
Current: Members are able to resubscribe the same day of unsubscribing in Autoship without any limits.
•
After Change:
√ Canceled After Successful Order:Must wait a 4 week period after the last date of payment.
√ Canceled Due to Failure of Subscription: May try to subscribe right away without any limits.
d.
Manual Payments
•
Current: All members may manually submit payment.
•
After Change:
Manual Payment menu will be activated for one week only for members who cancels their Autoship order after payment or has issues with payment.
3.
Please Note:
a.
For members with orders from 08/13 (Thu) in which their payment did not process, we will try to process payment for the same order on 08/17 (Mon)
b.
After the change date, all single item products will be ubavailable for Autoship purchase.
c.
All members who are subscribed to Autoship must edit their product choice to one of the new Autoship Sets. New Autoship Sets will be available starting 08/17 (Mon).
d.
For members whos Autoship payment date is 08/20 (Thu) please be advised to change your autoship products to one of the new sets by 08/19 (Wed) at the latest.
