We are excited to announce the official first cycle of the Active Change Program.

This first cycle will be laying the groundwork for future iterations of the program and in a sense is preliminary run. This is in an effort to recommend safe dieting practices and minimize opportunities for unexpected variables and circumstances. During this cycle of the Active Change program, the program will be conducted in Korean for Korean speaking participants only. We thank you for your understanding in advance, regarding the fact that this first version of the Active Change program will be conducted in Korean only. In the future we will be operating the Active Change program in both English and Korean.

Este primer ciclo sentará las bases para futuras iteraciones del programa y, en cierto sentido, es una ejecución preliminar. Esto es en un esfuerzo por recomendar prácticas de dieta seguras y minimizar las oportunidades de variables y circunstancias inesperadas. Durante este ciclo del programa Active Change, el programa se llevará a cabo en coreano solo para los participantes de habla coreana. Le agradecemos su comprensión de antemano, especialmente con respecto al hecho de que este primer ciclo del programa Active Change se llevará a cabo solo en coreano. En el futuro, operaremos el programa Active Change tanto en inglés como en coreano.

Pandemic으로 인한 집콕이 일상이 된 요즘, 몸도 마음도 많이 지치셨을 지쿠퍼분들을 위하여! 활동량이 ‘확’ 줄어 체중이 ‘확’ 찐자를 위하여! 가족을 위해 건강한 식습관을 전파하고자 하는 분들을 위하여! 지쿱 USA가 건강한 다이어트 문화를 만들어가고자, 함께 소통하고, 격려하며, 나아가는 지쿱 다이어트 프로그램 ‘ACTIVE CHANGE’를 선보입니다.

본 공지는 오는 12월 1일부터 14일까지 진행되는 ACTIVE CHANGE 1기 프로그램의 참가 의사를 사전에 확인하기 위한 사전 신청 안내문입니다. ACTIVE CHANGE 다이어트 프로그램에 관심이 있으신 분들은 아래 링크를 통해 사전 신청을 부탁드립니다. 사전 신청을 해주셔야 패키지 구매 및 챌린지 정식 신청이 가능합니다.

CO, MD, ND, VT 거주자는 참가 불가 : 본 조건은 각 주 정부법에 따른 것입니다. 해당 지역에 거주하시는 분들께서는 이 점 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.

■ ACTIVE CHANGE 란 무엇인가요!? “Together!” 코치와 챌린저가 함께 소통하고 격려하며 나아가는 지쿱의 다이어트 프로그램입니다. 참가자들은 14일간 지쿱의 제품으로 구성된 ACTIVE CHANGE 패키지를 주 식단으로 다이어트를 수행하게 됩니다. ACTIVE CHANGE 코치와 챌린저는 메신저를 통해 실시간으로 소통하며 식단과 운동법, 증상 등에 관하여 피드백을 받으실 수 있습니다.
