We are excited to announce that our In-Person Pick Up Services at our East Coast 3PL is finally open!

East Coast 3PL Pick Up Service Effective Date: 10 AM to 4 PM EST (12PM – 1PM closed for lunch)

Please note that pick up locations are marked as East or West Coast. *Cannot be edited or revised. (Simple memo format)

PLEASE NOTE

Must fill out and submit the Request Order Pick Up Form in MyOffice in order to be able to pick up orders *If Request Order Pick Up Form is not submitted order pick up is not possible
3.
No more than 2 persons may enter the east coast 3PL facility.
4.
Same day order pick up requests must be made by 12PM and may be picked up between 2 PM to 4 PM.

※Factor 1 You must enter the correct CVV and Zipcode for the source of your payment.
Incorrect CVV or Zipcode → Payment Failure Correct CVV and Zipcode → Payment Successfully Captured
You must enter the correct CVV and Zipcode information for your credit card. You may change your autoship payment information from the page below.
Log In to My Office → Autoship → Autoship Management → Change payment → Payment Information Update → Enter CVV→ Enter ZIP Code → Save by clicking Modify
※Factor 2 50BV Limit Per Order

Before Enrollment Lower than 50BV → Enrollment Failure Over 50BV → Successfully Enrolled
2.
After Enrollment Lower than 50BV → CK Balance Power 5Vial automatically chosen as default Autoship product. Over 50BV → Successfully Enrolled

Products that are temporarily out of stock or sold out may cause the BV limit of your autoship order to fall below 50BV. Please double check your order on the day of payment capture.
We ask for your cooperation in checking your Autoship order weekly to make sure it's being processed successfully.
