Automatic enrollment with CK Balance Power 5Vial as your autoship product.

You must enter the correct CVV and Zipcode for the source of your payment.
You must enter the correct CVV and Zipcode information for your credit card. You may change your autoship payment information from the page below.
Log In to My Office → Autoship → Autoship Management → Change payment
→ Payment Information Update → Enter CVV→ Enter ZIP Code → Save by clicking Modify

50BV Limit Per Order

Before Enrollment
Lower than 50BV → Enrollment Failure
Over 50BV → Successfully Enrolled

After Enrollment
Lower than 50BV →
CK Balance Power 5Vial automatically chosen as default Autoship product.
Over 50BV → Successfully Enrolled

Products that are temporarily out of stock or sold out may cause the BV limit of your autoship order to fall below 50BV. Please double check your order on the day of payment capture.
